The Alabama State Department of Education requires that every student, age 11 or older, provide documentation of a Tdap vaccine. Parents/Guardians must provide an updated Certificate of Immunization (COI) showing the Tdap vaccine before your 6th-grade student can pick up his/her 2024-2025 Athens Middle School schedule.
